Do I need to host the WPHubbi dashboard myself?

No. WPHubbi is provided as a hosted hub. You install the WPHubbi Client plugin on the WordPress websites you manage and connect them to your agency account.

What does the WPHubbi Client plugin do?

WPHubbi Client creates the secure connection between a WordPress website and your Hub. It enables remote management, updates, monitoring, security checks, support features and communication with WPHubbi.

Can WPHubbi manage WordPress updates remotely?

Yes. Manage WordPress Core, plugin and theme updates directly from the Hub. WPHubbi keeps track of update jobs and can perform health checks and rollback protection for supported updates.

What are WPHubbi Extensions?

Extensions let you add extra functionality only to the client websites that need it. WPHubbi Translation, WPHubbi Content and WPHubbi Events can be installed and managed directly from your Hub without adding every feature to every client website.

How does WPHubbi Translation work?

WPHubbi Translation uses WPHubbi Translation Cloud to translate WordPress content with AI. WPML handles the language relationships inside WordPress, while translation processing and usage are managed through WPHubbi.

Can another company help manage one of my client websites?

Yes. The primary agency can share a client site with other WPHubbi companies using Read only or Admin access. Shared sites do not consume an additional site license for the invited company.

Can clients create support tickets directly from WordPress?

Yes. Clients can create and reply to support tickets directly inside their WordPress dashboard, while your team manages the conversation from the WPHubbi Hub.
